In 1988, the United States Supreme Court in California v. Greenwood helped define privacy rights as it relates to material discarded as trash. In its ruling, the Supreme Court stated that there could be no expectation of privacy in trash left accessible to the public.

Weaver-SecurShred uses a secure box truck for collecting your containers. This allows our driver to be in and out of your facility much faster as there is no waiting for the materials to be shredded in your parking lot. This also avoids the cost of a mobile shred truck costing as much as $250,000. These large expenses and inefficiencies by mobile shredders will show up on your invoice.
