Employment Services Program

Employment Services

The primary goal of Weaver Industries' Employment Services division is to work in partnership with individuals with disabilities (employees) to help them prepare for and obtain competitive employment. We will work with eligible employees to achieve quality employment outcomes and independence.

Put Us to Work for You

We realize that not all jobs can be moved off-site; that’s why we have designed our Employment Services division to meet your needs by placing supervised workers at your location.

For businesses that have a regular need for additional assembly or packaging capacity, but a product that does not lend itself to efficient transfer to another location, our Employment Services division can transport a crew of workers, along with a crew supervisor to oversee production and quality, to your location.

We will screen, transport, supervise and manage the payroll for each individual, making this a worry-free situation for you and your company. We do this in a way that allows you to focus on other areas of operation within your business while our supervisor assures that the crew is meeting quality, quantity and attendance standards.

Do you have more than one facility? Not a problem! We have mobile crews that can meet your needs, whether it is production, janitorial or grounds maintenance, we will exceed your expectations at each location.

Employment Training Preparation

Weaver Industries operates several business divisions to give individuals with disabilities meaningful work opportunities that allow them to learn new job skills as well as what it means to be an "employee" so that one day they can work independently for a business in their community.

Supported Integration

An inclusive work environment created by the mission based organization, which facilitates a meaningful work experience through efficient production practices, accountability, team based production models and peer modeling and mentoring.

Performance Satisfaction Outcome in 2011

In 2011, the individuals with disabilities served by Weaver Industries were 95% overall satisfied with the training and employment opportunities they received.

We are continuously investigating new areas of employment to help meet the needs of the people we serve so that each one can participate in a meaningful work opportunity in their community.

High Quality Is Our Goal

Continuing our commitment to excellence, Weaver Industries' ProPak division is proud to have obtained ISO 9001:2008 certification!

The ISO 9001:2008 quality management standard establishes an effective quality management program for manufacturing companies and includes such important components as customer satisfaction and establishing processes for continuous improvement.
